The site is a car repair and sales garage, on the edge of Frome.  It is a long, rectangular site, with a narrow road frontage and a northern boundary facing a tranquil green space.

The proposal, capitalises on the shape of the site, and places each of the five new homes in a line with the principle elevation looking over the greenspace.

The houses are contemporary, clad in brickwork and timber, with large areas of glazing facing the open space.
