Woodford, Essex

The site was previously occupied by 2 detached houses.  We obtained planning permission to demolish the houses, and construct a new apartment building.  The building has 23 flats and an underground garage and swimming pool.

The planning approval provided a substantial uplift in the value of the site and the completed apartments were successfully sold.
