The site is presently occupied by 2 semi-detached houses owned by our client. Our brief is to obtain planning permission to demolish the houses, and construct a new building of 14 modern flats with associated parking and external works.

The application proposes the construction of a new building that will provide much needed high quality family housing in the Borough.

We are currently in Phase 1 of the development, prior to demolition of the existing semi-detached houses and commencement of construction. We have commissioned 3D visualisation imagery to support the planning application and give the client an early view of the finished building.
