Dunkirk Mill

A large, Grade ll listed former mill. It is five storeys tall and was built in 5 stages, from the late 18th century to the late 19th century. It had been vacant for many years, and parts had become derelict and dangerous.
We undertook a major Grade II Building refurbishment, including introducing a new independent structure to support new floors, and converted the building into 70 flats.
