School extension handed over

We have handed over the new school extension at this North London school.

The project scope includes a single storey school extension which accommodates a multi-function hall for dining, assembly and performance functions. The roof is used as a safe play area to replace the ground level playground that has been taken up by the new building. A completed phase of work provides subterranean sports changing rooms with ground level access via staircase and lift from a glass box. During the project it was discovered that one wing of the Victorian building had serious structural defects and required demolition and rebuilding. This work is still in progress and is due for completion in the next few months.
