Both properties are within grade II listed Georgian buildings located in the heart of Soho, and have been used as office space. Responding to the evolving requirements of our client and the changing landscape of the London property market, we have designed and overseen the conversion of these offices into residential dwellings.
These new units have their own street door entrance leading to a hallway & staircase serving living accommodation, kitchen, two bedrooms & two bathrooms set over four floors. This project represented a contract value of £450,000.
