As part of the architectural design service that we provide to our long-standing client Shaftesbury PLC, we have recently completed renovations in multiple properties situated on Berwick Street in the West End of London.
With a contract value of £1.1million, the works include:
20 Berwick Street, upper parts:
- Renovation of an existing 1 bedroom flat
- Renovation and extension an existing 1 bedroom flat to form a more spacious 2 bedroom flat
18-19 Berwick Street (access via Duck Lane), upper parts:
- Renovation of an existing studio flat
Conversion of existing shop and business floors to create 2 new 1 bedroom flats - New mansard roof extension to form new 1 bed flat
