New works to 29 & 31 Foubert’s Place

Located off of Carnaby Street, 29 & 31 Foubert’s Place are home to commercial units on the ground floor and residential units above.

Working with our long-standing client Shaftesbury PLC, we have designed and undertaken various works to improve and update the buildings. The works include:

• Electrical power upgrades to commercial and residential units
• New gas supplies to commercial units
• New full height kitchen extract ducts to the rear of the buildings
• New service cupboards
• Internal Cat-A fit out of 31; new shopfront, basement tanking, roofing upgrades, new electrics, soundproofing between commercial and residential, new finishes

One area of challenge with this project was the routing and positioning of the extract ducts at the rear of the building, in a very tight space. Providing access for future maintenance was a requirement so cat ladders were included.
