New Flats at 37 Beak Street, Soho

Located in Westminster’s Soho Conservation Area, 37 Beak Street was most recently used as an office at 1st floor level and flats on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Adjacent to the site are 5 and 6 storey buildings of varying styles, some of which have protected listed status.

Working with our long-standing client Shaftesbury PLC, we obtained planning permission to create 4 self-contained flats, changing the use of the 1st floor and renovating the 2nd and 3rd floors. The works include:

• 1 x studio flat at 1^st floor level
• 1 x 1 bed flat with outside terrace at 1^st floor level
• 1 x 1 bed flat at 2nd floor level with outside terrace at 3^rd floor level
• 1 x 2 bedroom duplex flat at 2nd/3rd floor levels with outside terrace at 3^rd floor level

The building, including the common parts, was fully renovated with a new internal communal staircase, private roof terraces, green roof & rooflights.
