New Development, Somerset West

For several months now, we have been hard at work on a new development in Somerset, turning a derelict site and it’s prominent but severely neglected listed mansion into beautiful homes for dozens of families.

Our brief from the client led us to place several concentations of housing around the site and the focal point of the mansion, situated carefully and in harmony with the sightlines and topography of the terrain and surrounding boundaries.

Over the course of designing the new site and justifying our decisions we have utilised 3D design tools, colourful presentation work and dimensioned and detailed line drawings. Coupled with exhaustive and precise reports and statements, we have recently submitted a planning application and look forward to updating on the project when we hear back.
