Latest London West End Projects

We have three London West End projects which are currently suspended due to coronavirus, but which we are looking forward to resuming when it is safe to do so.

All of our London West End projects are on Beak Street, W1. Two consist of internal improvements and upgrading works, whilst the third is a substantial refurbishment, change of use and extension of the upper floors into 3 self-contained apartments with external roof terraces. The building was previously used for office space, and the floor plans were convoluted, with long travel distances to and from the staircase. We have repositioned the staircase, which has allowed much better proportioned internal space to be provided, with connected external terraces.

We have completed over 100 similar projects in the area, producing high quality residential and office space.
